Valuing Diversity

Valuing Diversity is the building block upon which an inclusive workplace is built. Our training module provides an overview of the primary issues that form the bases for diversity management in the workplace. Rather than focusing on changing ideas, our module focuses on the dissemination of information to help managers and employees understand why the management of diversity is important both to themselves and to the organization.

Managing Diversity

Managing Diversity is a strategic approach by an organization to adopt management practices that are inclusive and reflective of the diversity of the global workforce and all of its potential. The S&H training module is designed to assist managers in learning how to fulfill their role as managers who value diversity.
