Products and Services

S&H Consulting offers a number of products and services for the organization seeking to be a leader in the field of inclusiveness. We do not provide legal advice but we do analyze federal statutes and case law implementing those laws in relation to a company's policies and procedures to determine the needs of the organization. This policy analysis forms the first step in the management of risk.

We provide an analysis of available human resources data from corporations and institutions and integrate such findings with the results of a comprehensive assessment of cultural, diversity, sexual harassment awareness and knowledge about HIV/AIDS. To facilitate our data collection, S&H uses a set of of on-line survey instruments that help us define the training and education needs of the company.

S&H then develops a tailored training program that centers on inclusiveness and that integrates available data from the corporation or institution and the results of the employee evaluation. The program builds on this baseline information and includes both a virtual learning system and face-to-face small group learning sessions.

Our products and services also cover workplace preparedness in an age of public health crises, natural disasters and threats from terrorism. We assist organizations as they prepare to meet both internal and external threats to their operations by offering organization-specific threat assessments and tools to address any threats found.

Recognizing that maintaining a diverse and inclusive workforce is not happenstance, S&H can assist your organization in developing a "pipeline" program designed to facilitate outreach to, and recruitment of, diverse job candidates.

We will work with the sophisticated employer to develop highly customized workplace programs designed to address various health issues that can be expected in a particular workforce.

We have extensive experience and cutting-edge knowledge in analysis techniques, along with a wide range of statistical modeling experience using major statistical software packages. We provide both literature search and review and data management and analysis as part of our Health Knowledge Management System.
